Day 2: Pricing Goals

"You've got to be in it to win it" - this phrase, coined by The National Lottery, is so pertinent to business. If you're just turning up to work, and your goal from month to month is 'just to survive' the next month, that is all you will ever do. You must know what the 'end game' is. What is your magic number? How much of a desire do you have to achieve that number? If your desire isn't strong enough, you won't breakthrough your glass ceiling.
