“Until you start tearing muscle you don’t learn from it and you don’t grow as an athlete and in their case it’s they’re growing physically, for entrepreneurs I feel that you have to push yourself outside of that comfort zone in order to create new muscle, we’re talking brain muscle here. Doing things that scare you ever so slightly is basically pushing you outside of that comfort zone and tearing those muscles so standing up and doing a speaking gig when you wouldn’t have thought you’d ever do it”…[Listen for More]
